Horseradish is reccomended for blood cleansing, removing kidney stones and sand, and for sweating. With western medicine on the rise, horseradish has been put aside, as it is easier to consume a pill rather than eating something healthy.

Both parts of this plant can be used for eating. The root and also the leaves. Horseradish Dip

  • 250ml of blended horseradish
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of vegeta
  • 7 spoons of olive oil
  • 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 2 spoons of sugar

Mix blended horseradish and flour. Put oil in the pan then add horseradish and flour. Put sugar, vinegar and mustard. Mix it with water and vegeta. Cook untill you like the density. Serve with beef, fish or potatoes. There you go perfect horseradish dip recipe.
